Steven Goyne is a Solutions Consultant at Datarails, based in New Orleans. Before moving into consulting, he spent a decade in FP&A, working at every scale from Fortune 500 complexity to Series B and C startups still building their first forecast. Along the way he built full planning and analysis functions from the ground up. At Datarails he has been a pioneer of AI solutions for finance teams and advises finance leaders on AI strategy: where to start, what to automate, what to leave alone, and how to build a finance function that is ready for what comes next. He brings both sides to the conversation: the practitioner who knows where the real friction lives, and the builder who knows what AI can reliably take off a finance team's plate.
